Great sound and bluetooth worked smoothly the first time. Annoyingly it doesn't remember the volume level of the last station used and when I press the VQ (on/off button) to turn it on it goes to stand by display rather than playing the last station used in the pre sets. Apart from those quibbles loving my replacement for a previous long lasting VQ radio. Not needed to recharge the battery yet so don't know how good the battery length is.
Great little radio...easy to see screen...only gripe is that it comes on very low sound even though turns off louder.

Unfortunately the battery I ordered will not take a charge. It is the correct one and the service from yourselves was very good. There is no way of knowing that it wouldn't work but after a few days on charge it just doesn't work. It's not your fault, it's just a faulty battery and I am not sure there is any way of testing them before dispatch.
Thank you to everyone involved in producing and distributing the rechargeable battery. It provides a flexible option if the standard power is disrupted. Best wishes
