Fraud filters when placing orders
To protect customers again card fraud we use sophisticated filters when placing and completing orders based on information received from Visa, Mastercard and PayPal to determine if an order can be shipped or not. This may result in the order(s) being cancelled and automatically refunded as a preventative measure or to protect against potential fraud. We take card security extremely seriously and adopt a preventative measure at several stages of checkout and payment processing to ensure we protect our customers. In the event your order is cancelled and automatically refunded an email will be sent at time of purchase notifying you of this. At this time if you feel this has been made in error you can contact us via email or our support telephone number where we can inspect your order and advice an alternative checkout method.
