In 2011, VQ began with a simple idea: everyday living deserves to be both beautiful and functional. From that belief grew a British lifestyle brand that reimagines the objects we reach for most, including radios, speakers, and kitchen appliances, not just as tools but as companions that carry design, heritage, and personality into the heart of the home.
The story began in audio, where our digital radios and music systems quickly set a new standard. They did not just sound extraordinary, they looked it too. That commitment was soon recognised, with our audio products becoming GIA Award finalists and multiple Which? Award winners, establishing VQ as a trusted name in sound and innovation.
Our journey then expanded into the kitchen through collaborations with Laura Ashley and Cath Kidston. The VQ x Laura Ashley China Rose Collection earned the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval 2024 and won Best Brand Licensed Electrical Range at the B&LLA Awards. Most recently, the VQ x Cath Kidston Bees Collection was shortlisted for Best Brand Licensed Electrical, Gardening & DIY Product or Range at the 2025 B&LLA Awards, celebrating the style and practicality our designs bring to everyday life.
Today, with a growing presence across the UK, US, Europe, and beyond, VQ continues to write its story, where performance meets personality and where each product transforms ordinary moments into something quietly extraordinary.
