Have had 2 View Quest Retro Minis for years and love them. I was unsure how to increase the number of stations I could access and emailed for some advice. The customer service is second to none - they are wonderful. The information I needed was sent to me superfast and was very clear. I am an old codger who has trouble with understanding some instructions but I had no trouble with these. I can recommend their radios & their customer service. TRULY WONDERFUL!!

My young daughter has had a VQ Monty Cath Kidston radio for the last three years. Not only has it withstood the challenges of being carried around and used daily by a child, but the sound that it produces is still of excellent quality.
We recently approached VQ for a replacement part and were provided with excellent customer service.
We won’t be looking elsewhere for a radio when we need another.
